普通聊天 AI 只会给建议。Claude Code 会真的动手：看你电脑里的文件、改文件、建新文件、整理数据、跑流程。下面按岗位列出 LOVERABBIT 现成的用法——挑跟你工作相关的看就行。

A normal chat AI only advises. Claude Code actually does the work: reads your files, edits them, makes new ones, cleans data, runs routines. Here's what each role at LOVERABBIT can use it for — just read the ones that match your job.

不用懂代码，不用背命令。把它当成一位很能干、但刚进 LOVERABBIT、还不懂我们规矩的新同事。你交代得越清楚，它做得越准。

No code, no commands to memorise. Treat it like a very capable new colleague who just joined LOVERABBIT and doesn't yet know our rules. The clearer your brief, the better the result.

› 用 cost-template.xlsx 做一张外套报价表：Build a cost sheet for the jacket using cost-template.xlsx:
  面料 ¥38/米 用 1.6 米，里布 ¥12/米 用 1.2 米，  shell ¥38/m at 1.6 m, lining ¥12/m at 1.2 m,
  工时 45 分钟、损耗 8%，最后人民币和美元各一列。  45 min labour, 8% waste; totals in both RMB and USD.

→ 它读模板、填数字、加公式，生成新文件给你核对。→ It reads the template, fills figures, adds formulas, hands you a file.

小技巧：输入 /help 看所有可用指令；不满意就直接说“再改一下，把损耗改成 10%”，它会接着改。

Tip: type /help to see commands. Not happy? just say “redo it with 10% waste” and it keeps going.

“技能”就是你给它写的一份操作手册。把 LOVERABBIT 特有的做法——工艺单格式、报价规则、品牌要求、QC 标准——存成一份技能，以后它每次都照我们的标准来，不用重复交代。

A Skill is an instruction sheet you give it. Capture the LOVERABBIT way — tech-pack format, costing rules, brand requirements, QC standards — once, and it follows our standard every time without re-explaining.

最棒的是：你不用自己写，直接让它帮你写。比如说一句：“帮我建一个技能，按 LOVERABBIT 的工艺单标准。” 它会问几个问题，然后生成好。

Best part: you don't write it yourself — ask it to. Say: “Create a skill for the LOVERABBIT tech-pack standard.” It asks a few questions, then writes it.

① Playwright — 让它替你操作浏览器

它能真正打开浏览器：点按钮、填表单、截图、抓数据。把网页上的重复点击交给它。

It can actually open a browser: click buttons, fill forms, take screenshots, pull data. Hand off the repetitive web clicking.

② n8n — 让固定流程自己跑

② n8n — let routines run themselves

n8n 是“自动流水线”：某件事发生（来新订单、库存变低、到下班时间），就自动做下一步（建表、发通知、发邮件）。你用中文描述流程，它帮你搭好。

n8n is an “automation line”: when something happens (new order, low stock, end of shift) it auto-does the next step (build a sheet, notify, email). You describe the flow in plain language and it builds it.
